Request for Test Date Transfer / Refund
(Medical or Other Reasons)

You may cancel your IELTS test and receive a refund by contacting us five weeks or more before your scheduled test date. An administration fee of $90 applies for cancellation. No refund will be given for cancellation less than five weeks prior to the test. You are required to complete the Request for Refund or Test Date Transfer Form and return it to our centre.

Please provide your application receipt number when cancelling.

At least five weeks notice is needed to cancel or transfer an IELTS test booking, except if due to illness or serious cause.

Macquarie University IELTS Centre reserves the right not to accept cancellations and transfers from a candidate who has started the test, and exits during the test; or cannot attend both days in the event of a 2 day test.

Requests For Re-marking Of Results

If for any reason you wish to query your test results, you need to complete the online IELTS Enquiry on Results form, within six weeks of test date. There will be a fee of AUD $215 that is payable by credit card online when you submit the form.

Please note you will need to pay the fee before your enquiry can be processed.
